Hand creams are thick white pastes that contain suspended solids which can be monitored in-line.
In a production line, a probe connected to the TC007 assesses turbidity based on backscattered light (180 degrees) at 850 nm caused by suspended solids. The probe is a pH style like electrode with a standard 12 mm diameter and fits in any sort of receptacle design.
